Summary

In this Masterclass, you will learn how to create high-quality One-Page Profiles. Using this simple tool leads to a dramatic improvement in care and lays the foundations for future improvements.

A One-Page Profile is a best practice tool first developed by Helen Sanderson Associates in the UK and is now in use internationally.

One-Page Profiles are the foundation of personalization and can lead to positive change for people, whatever their age or circumstances. They provide us with an at-a-glance way of knowing what really matters to people, which can be taken with them as they move through services and come into contact with people.

For elders in your care, it provides a record of how they'd like people to help them, including if and when they need care and support.

In this video Workshop Instructor, Jennifer Hermer of HSA Canada, explains how a One-Page Profile has helped care staff provide better care for her mother over a number of years.
